SV	Want hij had heerschappij over al wat op deze zijde der rivier was van Thifsah tot aan Gaza, over alle koningen op deze zijde der rivier; en hij had vrede van al zijn zijden rondom.
WLC	כִּי־ה֞וּא רֹדֶ֣ה ׀ בְּכָל־עֵ֣בֶר הַנָּהָ֗ר מִתִּפְסַח֙ וְעַד־עַזָּ֔ה בְּכָל־מַלְכֵ֖י עֵ֣בֶר הַנָּהָ֑ר וְשָׁלֹ֗ום הָ֥יָה לֹ֛ו מִכָּל־עֲבָרָ֖יו מִסָּבִֽיב׃
Trans.	5:4 kî-hû’ rōḏeh bəḵāl-‘ēḇer hannâār mitifəs^aḥ wə‘aḏ-‘azzâ bəḵāl-maləḵê ‘ēḇer hannâār wəšālwōm hāyâ lwō mikāl-‘ăḇārāyw missāḇîḇ:

ASV	For he had dominion over all [the region] on this side the River, from Tiphsah even to Gaza, over all the kings on this side the River: and he had peace on all sides round about him.
BE	For he had authority over all the country on this side of the River, from Tiphsah to Gaza, over all the kings on this side of the River; and he had peace round him on every side.
